Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our major goal at IP-TVUK.Store. Under our return policy, we give 7-day refunded period for purchasing IPTV subscription, provided that the following stand as conditions:

Eligibility for Refund:

• Refund requests can only be received from the first purchase made on your part within 7 days.

• In the IPTV UK service, it is necessary for the failure to occur during operation and our support team is not able to fix the issue.

• Specify how exactly your refund request is caused (the service not operating, etc., connection problems, lack of channels, etc.)

Non-Refundable Cases:

• A refund is no longer available to you once 7 days have lapsed since your purchase.

• Internet connectivity issues, incompatible devices or misuse of the site customers do not qualify for refunds.

• Once trial account has been received or physical item delivered or purchase realm time deal; refund is not available.

• Trial accounts, lifetime packages, and physical products once delivered are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund:

• In order to request a refund, send us a message on WhatsApp, email us, or use live chat (with your order number and short explanation of your concern).
• We’ll confirm your request and return the refund if it corresponds to the regulations of our policy.
• Refunds take15 to 17 working days to be initiated.
